Steps to Reset Password - Users

The organization users can reset their password themselves. In order to do so, it is mandatory for the user to know their current password. If you don't know or forgot your password, you can follow these instructions to regain access to your account.

  1. Login to accounts.zoho.com.
  2. Go to the Security section.

3.Click Change Password.

  1. Enter your current password and choose a new password. Ensure you set a strong password. 
  2. Re-enter your new password to confirm.
  3. Select the other related options on the same page, if applicable.
  4. Once done, click Change Password.

The password to your Zoho account will be updated.
